Dominic Sr. founded Alyssa Gray Realty in 1995 and has grown the firm to over $125M in AUM. A former general contractor and founder of D. Casamento & Sons, he brings decades of construction and development expertise to residential and commercial projects across the New York metropolitan area. Known for his integrity and hands-on leadership, Dominic is a trusted partner to clients, investors, and industry professionals. 

Lucas leads our property management and repairs & maintenance teams serving as a cornerstone of the business. A former consultant at McKinsey & Company with experience advising Fortune 500 companies and investment firms, he brings a strategic, performance-driven approach to optimizing operations and driving growth. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Lucas is a registered CPM and a licensed real-estate salesperson.

Dom Jr. leads our leasing team and founded Kingdom Equities, a New York City–based brokerage firm with extensive sales / leasing experience. A graduate of NYU’s Film School and the Stern MBA program, Dom began his career in hospitality / media before transitioning into real estate. He previously worked at The Lightstone Group, where he managed multifamily assets. Actively engaged in the arts and community, Dom serves on the boards of NYC Ballet Young Patrons, Room to Grow, and is a partner in Diner24 NYC.
